Love the look of Leif, I wouldn't really trust Susan though..
Oh and by the way, the "Next" "Last" page buttons don't have their images and have reverted to their text only. Not to mention that the page design is blank.
I only just stumbled upon your comic and I am hooked. I want to post a theory based on what I have read even though it might have been revealed later in the story. I think Lief came to the conclusion that the moral of his story was that Christine and Raul belong together and so decided to sever his relationship to allow them to be happy. It has been a number of years since I've seen the Phantom of the Opera so I might be wrong the phantom's love was not one sided Christine felt drawn to him as well. In fact the relationship between the phantom and Christine is what I remember most all I remember about Raul is he saved the day at the end. The connection between the phantom and Christine was not a healthy one and love became obsession but that doesn't mean the moral is to cut all ties with one another. Lief and Canta are not Christine and the phantom they have the opportunity to figure out their feelings maybe even understand what a healthy relationship is. However I think by isolating himself Lief is just switching roles with Canta. Instead of the phantom yearning for a relationship that can never be it is Christine/Canta doing that. Sorry for rambling I couldn't help myself your story is so awesome and intriguing.
@Mady: No, don't apologize at all for your comment! I very much enjoyed reading it, and it makes me happy to know that you're coming up with theories and really thinking about what's going on! That's one of the biggest compliments you can give an author. Thank you so much for taking the time to write that, and I hope that you keep having fun reading the comic. ^_^

And back to the black and white pages. At least you can feel relatively sure that these ones won't involve any ripped-off faces. Yet.
Also, I finished the cover for the graphic novel this week! Check it out here.

Such good people to have to trust. Very safe. Sires so known for self control.
Love Leif's expression on the forth panel!

@TransfusionalRift: The buttons and such seem to be working fine for me. Maybe your page loaded a bit weird, what browser are you in?
Secrets are ABSOLUTELY safe with them. Truly. Like Fort Knox, but without, you know, the fort.
@AcolyteofDaniel: Never mind, problem fixed itself.
Marvin the Paranoid Android
My theory is quasi-confirmed.
