Benard and Emile have a very important job.
They uphold Ape-I mean, Lineage Children Law!
As given to them by the Lawgiver-I mean, politician lineage haven.
Wait-there are lineage children in politics?
Everything makes sense now.
This does raise the question: When will Emile finally catch the descendant of Richard Kimble?
Also, who the hell is Benard's Sire anyway?
Frank Underwood for Macbeth Child.
@stkbayfield: Absolutely. Without any doubt.
I think you just answered my question, but I'm not sure.
@Marvin the Paranoid Android: Nah, I was responding to stkbayfield. The answers to your questions would be spoilers. :3
...How the heck can the Jekyll & Hyde kid(s) help with investigations? O_o
@Hokova: It's elementary school, my dear Watson. Benard and Emile are the ones who are on the look-out for enemies to Lineage Haven. But since Lineage Kids are supposed to be hush-hush (sweet Sharlette), they can't go around looking for baddies. The baddies don't know about Susan and Anna, making them ideal for outside investigations. And if they do get into a scrape, Susan finally gets to kick some arse without getting in trouble. AND it'll give them something to do so the story won't just be studying books (although that would still be a pretty neat story).
Is that making some sense, or am I just babbling like a ninny now?
I'm loving this story.
Just wanted to say I really like your webcomic. Keep up the good, but probably hardly paid work.
