It actually took me a while to figure out that Emile might not view the idea of "compromise" as a good thing. >_<
This was a nice thing to wake up too! ^^
Interesting, I always thought most of the people would have fought about something like that. But somehow the atmosphere in this place is really nice. I like how its played out. ^^ And Emile certainly doesnt look happy about it! XD haha!
I want to understand too, I want to see whats down there. :3
I don't know-- compromise doesn't seem to be the right word, or else yes, I'd agree with Emile. From what we see here, I don't think it's compromising ones beliefs so much as it is simply being tolerant and reminding yourself that other people have the same rights to the space as you do. Then again, we've seen very little so far, so I could be totally off.
All in all, this whole thing seems very Masonic and awesome. Can't wait to see more! ^.^
Girls!!! Don't you ever watch movies?!?! Never follow the cute guy into the basement of an old creepy religious building!!!! Orz||||
On a more serious note, I think the texture for the building is really cool, but a little too powerful--it kind of gobbles up the page. Is there any way you could make it a little more muted or something?
TO THE SECRET LAB!
oooh interesting, I'm very curious now :)
Susan and Annie should be wary. Just because someone saves you doesn't mean they have your best interests at heart.
Emile looks so angry in every panel. It kinda makes me giggle.!
If only religions could make these peaceful compromises in real life.
